Arne Mosselman

I’ve got history with Arne Mosselman: hotel rooms, late-night deck & deadlines dilemmas. He used to be all hip hop, so I was expecting beats. His playlist was more “AI whisperer on a European city break” than Bronx block party: Glenn Gould humming over Bach, Charli XCX’s sugar rush, Daft Punk’s philosophy lecture, Bon Iver gone weird, Roxy Music for the existentialists.

Arne’s got that “get up and go” gene, having charged at AI with confidence to start AInigma and it’s worked. He talks a big game about making tech human and creative, but mostly, he just wants everyone to pick up the new instrument and make a glorious racket.

What did we cover? Imperfection, language barriers, why business people think AI is just a fancy elevator, and what happens when the machines start making art with too many fingers. “We’ve been given a new instrument. Now we have to learn to play it.”
