Music people make great playlists and the best play their own music. The two Big Merchant tunes Hugh Thomas played feel like a marriage of kitch electronics and surfy-wavy folk. Kinda. I’ll never make it as a music critic, but have a listen – you won’t be disappointed. Check out Critical Path on their spotify, that’s my fav, but you’ll appreciate the corporate messaging nods throughout their output.
