Academy co-founder Mitch Kaye is probably the furthest we've had from a 'creative' as we've had on the show, but as the yin to Dan Glover's yang and with enough metal in his treasure chest to sink the Belgrano, there's no doubting the pedigree. He started and sold Mischief and now he's at the helm of The Academy. And 'creative' is a bit of a silly term, but it's too late to backtrack on the name now.
