He’s actually just a garden-variety ad man at VML, armed with the industry wisdom that comes from years of pushing pens to write great ads, currently for Ford exclusively. No dove carcass, no beef with Christianity that I know of. But he’s got tunes: Gil Scott-Heron, Beastie Boys, and Aphex Twin. There’s even the drama of a track that triggered a sequence of events that crushed a car and broke bones.
This one drops a bit late, thanks to a necessary redaction and my own tardy editing. Underworld’s “Rez” was cut as a result, but you’d never know. Seriously, YOU’LL NEVER KNOW. Actually, it was just me running my mouth, so you probably do.
